Raw Material Sourcing
100% virgin human hair, single-donor sourced. Cuticle-aligned, sorted by length and quality grade.
Sorting & Grading
Each batch is hand-sorted, weighed, and graded. Hair is aligned in the same cuticle direction (Remy).
Acid Wash & Treatment
Gentle acid bath to sanitize and condition. No harsh chemicals — preserves natural softness and shine.
Deep Washing
Multiple rounds of deep cleaning to remove impurities. Hair is thoroughly rinsed in purified water.
Wefting / Wig Making
Machine wefting for bundles, hand-tied for lace wigs. Double/triple weft options for extra durability.
Texture Styling
Body wave, deep wave, curly — textures are set using roller tubes and steam for long-lasting hold.
Drying & Setting
